Wage conditions for socio-cultural work and culture dissemination (PC 329)

A CLA is an agreement between representatives of the employer and employees. A CLA regulates the rights and obligations as well as the individual and collective relationships of employers and employees. Sectoral CLAs are concluded by the competent joint committee. These collective labour agreements apply to the employers and employees of the socio-cultural work organisations that fall under the joint committee for the socio-cultural sector and the culture dissemination sector (PC 329). They establish the wage conditions for those sectors.
